Cancellation/Refund Policy

We do not give refunds or pro-rated refunds, all sales, deposits, set up fees, subscription payments, etc are non-refundable. You may cancel any subscription at any time however, customers must give 30 days notice, in writing to cancel any and all subscriptions otherwise if notice is given 29 days to billing date, an additional payment may result. MyWebChef (Five Multimedia LLC) will do our best to cancel subscriptions should lack of notice be given.

Hosting

Basically, if anything technical happens that is not your fault, we fix it no questions asked.  An example of this would be, if a plugin or Wordpress updates and causes an error or something else on your site and it was NOT your fault, we fix it, no extra bill, no hourly rate no nothing.

We store a copy of your website from the last 14 days, so just in case you make an edit on your site and need to go back to the way it was, we can easily do so. 

We know the quality of our hosting and want you to stay with us because you love the quality and service NOT because you locked in a cheaper rate for a year.

We dont have long contracts, we simply ask that you give us 30 days notice when you need to cancel so we can stop your payment, take off any licenses we let you use while on our hosting, and package your site to take somewhere else.

We want to service businesses that value a great product which is why we only offer business class hosting.  We dont allow just anyone to use our servers and we monitor our servers with a live person 24/7/365.  Not to mention you get a direct line to call or text for support. 

Plus… If you look at our competitors, we are $0.01 more than they are and we have more features to help you grow your business.

Unfortunately No.  Some of the industries we dont provide hosting for are (but not limited to) Spam websites, Adult Entertainment websites, Illegal Activities websites and any other websites we feel are not a good fit for us to host.  If we deem your site to fall into a category of business that we do not support, we have the right to terminate your contract with no warning and all payments are not refundable.  If you wonder if your business falls into the questionable category you can always call and ask and we can make a decision with you on the phone.

DIY Websites

Once you find a template from the over 2,000 templates you have to choose from, we install the template on your Business Class Wordpress Hosting exactly how you saw it in the preview ready for you to add your images and content.

One of our team members will help you find a template you like to get you started.

After we get your template up and live, we would then find out how much time it would take to do what you want, and we bill on an hourly rate.

All we ask is you give us 30 days notice to cancel your hosting, remove our plugin licenses from your website (you would have to pay to activate a new license) and package up your site so you can take it and do with it what you want.

We actually do limit your access level on the back end of your Wordpress site.  Here’s why.

We value the integrity of our servers and with Wordpress there are A LOT of spammy and frankly easy to hack plugins.  If you were to download one of these plugins it could compromise not just your website but our other websites as well.  That is the reason why we cover all things tech. You already get a lot built onto your website but if you need more functionality, we will install more plugins for you free of charge BUT we vet those plugins before we install to insure they are from reputable developers and will not cause potential harm to you, your customers or MyWebChef.

Outside of that you have free reign to edit pages, add pages, add products, move things around and much more.
